C-Souls in Airdrie! Willie and Natalie Rivas will be leading an outreach effort in Airdrie tomorrow night, and Truth Youth can really help them out. They will have the surveys ready; all you have to do is get your ride and show up at the Tim Horton’s by Totem at 7:00PM. Go ahead; turn Airdrie upside down – in a fun-filled, apostolic, and Christian kind of way! Don't miss it! It's going to be awesome!!

This friday after Connect the Church will be open for prayer.
I will be opening (if not already open) the Church for 10:30 p.m.
(because of work schedule)
There will be no special agenda, no designated prayer to pray, just personal, deep supplication before God as we head deeper into revival; not only in numbers, but revival of self and our walks with Him.

I can assure everyone, God will meet us there.

There will be a surprise BBQ birthday party held for Mark at our Pastors home. Please keep this quiet, so to not spoil the surprise.

To take advantage of this weather, we will kick the party off at 6:30pm!

Drinks/partyhorns/cake/cupcakes/ketchup/streamers/relish/balloons/mustard and etc will be supplied. However, please bring your own meat (duck, rabbit, mongoose, snail, cow, turkey and etc) to be BBQ'd.

This Friday (7:30pm) we're gonna do a couple different things... you will not want to miss it! It is very important that everyone is on time for this one! And we need everyone to bring phone numbers of unsaved people that you know. Also, we will be out later than usual, probably between 10:30-11:00.

Also, we want to get out there and sow some seed on Saturday because Sunday is Easter. What an opportunity! Now, rather than meeting at the church, everyone is going to take invitations home with them on Friday night, and on Saturday, we can each spend an hour blitzing our neighbourhood.

This week...

This Friday PM and Saturday AM is our long awaited Sunday School Seminar.  This is going to take the place of our C-Dots this month.  Now, before you write off children's ministry as not being your forte, come and explore the possibilities!  I believe that a big part of our success as a church is going to be due to our renewed focus on kids.  So, I am asking all of our older youth to remain open to God, in case He wants to use you to make a difference in the lives and eternities of our children.

Summit 2009 "Revivalution" Report

There were almost 50 of us from TC in Spokane for this incredible meeting hosted by Pastor Rick Mayo.  The worship was amazing and the line up of speakers was (nearly) an all-star team, but most of all, the word and power of Almighty God was so incredibly real and intense.  For TruthYouth, it broke on Saturday afternoon, after Myles Young preached "The Battle of the Blue-Bloods".  Our youth were the first to the altar and the last to leave.  I believe that every young person who made the trek will be changed forever.
